Based on a social group art happening in summer 2017 in the artist residence CASAdelDRAGON with people from The Netherlands, Spain, Germany and Mexico you are invited to experience the wonderful world of Mail Art and its roots in DADA and FLUXUS.
On one hand you hold one original piece of the collage in your hands and here you can read more about the origin of this piece of art.
On the other hand you are invited to create your own pieces of collage. In this Box you will find a bag with original pieces of the collage from 2018 and some material of a international contemporary Mail Art artist.
Become part of this social art project!
Prepare a sheet of paper in the size DinA7 (10,5 x 7,4 cm). Combine the pieces in the envelope and create a collage. The pieces in the little bag originated from the collage from 2018, the other from the artist named in the address of the envelope.
Send your collage to this artist and enjoy it. You are connectect in art with the creative people from CASAdelDRAGON, with the Mail Art movement and with some luck you will receive a reply from the artist who donated some of this personal collage material to you.
